How It Works
Apply: Submit an application to Santa Barbara County with photos and documentation of your current heater.
Wait for Approval: You must receive your voucher before installation can begin.
Book Your Upgrade: Work with Tubular George to choose your replacement and complete the installation.
Complete Within 120 Days: Installations must be finished within 4 months of voucher approval.
Voucher Applied: Your discount is applied directly to the cost of installation — no reimbursement wait.
